Public Realm

With the management team at Project Planning first meeting on a public realm scheme in Coventry, it is fitting that we have successfully planned over 50 public realm schemes since first convening in 2018.

For most of these schemes, we have produced programmes from sets of drawings and lists of constraints and agreed outputs.  We input to your tenders, produce contract /Clause 31 programmes, then complete the project with you while providing monthly programme updates.

Most schemes have been let under NEC contracts and, due to the hurdles involved in street works, have involved an amount of change.  Because we can produce the programmes from drawings and do our own take-offs, we really understand the sometimes unpredictable effects of change and are able to effectively communicate that to the client.
